Complete Hot Rolling Mills are of Two Types:

   a) Bars

             1. Single Strand
             2. Two Strand with Single Slit

   b) Sections - Upto 500 MM I. Beam / Channel

We manufacture Complete Hot Rolling Mill upto 500mm CRS fully continuous with roller bearing mill stands or cross country mills with escapement repeaters.

The supply is complete with:-

Thermo Mechanical system
Flying Shear, with Pinch Rolls
Bar Recieving Twin Channel
Rake type walking Beam cooling bed.

The Mills are fully automated with Hydraulic / Mechanical Pushers, Kick Off, Tilting Tables, Bar Turners / Shifters, Pneumatic Drop guides, Roller / Skew Tables, Skid Transfers, Shears (Rotary Blades / Flying), Receiving Troughs, Walking beam cooling bed, shuffle bar, bundling system.

The Mills are exhaustively designed to achieve :

1. Reduced Frictional losses at gearing and mill bearings.
2. Minimum Percentage elongation of Mill Housings on load.
3. Smooth guiding and transfer equipment to minimize misroll.
4. Reduced end cutting and scale loss.

The mill operating parameters are well within Standards set for the offerred mill layouts.
