CRANE DUTY GEAR BOXES : Crane duty gear boxes are available in single, double, triple reduction, horizontal or vertical type.

PINION/GEAR : Designed as per IS 4460-67 profile corrected as per IS 3756-65 and rated as per IS 3177-65. Teeth cutting is done in metric module system maintaining span. Heat treated internals can also be supplied.

SHAFT EXTENSIONS : Cylindrical/tapered/toothed output shaft with half gear coupling can be supplied.

CANE UNLOADER : Cane Unloader is designed as per IS 807-1963, IS 3177-1977 and IS 4137-1967 and incorporating I.S.M.A specifications.

         Compact : The rope drums are fitted directly onto gear box output shaft with reinforced bearings doing away with open gearing.

         Safe : The structure weldment are radiographically checked. All motions of the cranes are fited with electro-hydraulic thruster brakes. The transmission systems are provided with flexible gear couplings and self aligning bearings.
