Full range of gearboxes from first Cane Carrier, Mill Drive to Baggasse Carrier, including cane un-loaders, Mill house crane to cooling tower fan drive have been installed by us at M/S Dhampur Sugar Mills, Dhampur Unit. We have manufactured Head Stocks of 36" x 72" Mill for Rozagaon Unit. The Head Stocks bottom, Feed/Discharge caps and gear box casings are steel fabricated by MIG process and stress relieved in oil fired furnace. Hydraulic cap is cast steel IS 1030 Gr-2 duly annealed.

We have full range of Crane Duty Gear Boxes. We have supplied Cane Un-loader Trolleys with totally enclosed gear boxes without any open gearing . These trolleys are running from more than ten years with zero requirement of any spares.

Centralized Lubrication Units of our supply are with return oil tank with baffle plates to separate air from oil. The electric interlocking is such that standby pump automatically come on line in case of running pump stoppage or else the gear box drive motor trips after a time lag 2 minutes. Accumulator is provided in line to supply oil for 2 minutes in case of power failure.
